Packages
Package prices are one-time fees for the scope listed on our Pricing page. Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, payment processing fees, and ongoing maintenance are separate unless specifically included in a written quote. Additional pages, products, and custom functionality require separate pricing.
Payment
Full payment of the package price is required before work begins. After we confirm your request fits the selected package, we send a secure payment link. Card details are entered only on our payment processor's secure checkout and are never collected through our own forms.
Additional work
Domain registration, hosting, subscriptions and additional services are separate charges. Work outside the selected package requires a separate written quote.
Revisions
Each package includes its advertised number of revision rounds (Basic: 2, Ecommerce: 3). Further revisions are quoted separately.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@example.com.
- Cancel before design work has started: full refund.
- Cancel after design work has started but before you receive a first draft: [OWNER REVIEW — e.g. 50%] refund.
- After a first draft has been delivered, or after launch: no refund for work already completed, except where required by law.
- If we cannot deliver the agreed package, you receive a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card provider so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Ownership
[OWNER REVIEW] Upon full payment, the client owns the completed website and supplied content. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, approvals and access in a timely manner, and for ensuring they have rights to any supplied materials.
